I needed to sell my father's home, quickly, in a bad market, that I knew nothing about. Kevin helped me to make the choices that were in the best interest of my needs. The first offer came in quickly, and others followed. He walked me through each step and answered my many questions. Always prompt to call me back. The house needed some repairs before we could put it on the market, and Kevin had a wonderful networking system that I utilized and got the house ready to sell. I was very inexperienced in this area and was dealing with some hardship that preoccupied my mind. I was afraid that I could not find an agent I could trust fully. So how did I find Kevin? A year prior, I called on a house that was for sell in my neighborhood. I needed a bigger house to take care of my dad. Kevin was the agent that returned my call. I explained to him my situation, and through the course of the year, he gave my plenty of suggestions, even though this would mean he would not get a sell of the house. Because of this, I kept his card. When I was ready ,a year later, I called Kevin and the house was sold within two weeks. He is a wonderful person, and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Kevin. Whether you are buying or selling, he will work hard to meet your needs

He was always available to answer our phone calls or emails whenever a new question popped into our heads.
